What does water delivery cost?
New customers get their first five 5 gallon bottles at no cost - a retail value of $60.
This promotion also waives all bottle deposits.
After the first month, 5 gallon bottles are $10.99/each with a two bottle minimum per order.
Blue Spring Living Water (our premium brand) is $12.99 per 5 gallon bottle with a two bottle minimum per order.
(Blue Spring is not part of our promotional offer.)
Would you like to rent a cooler/dispenser?
Top loading hot/cold dispensers lease for $15/month, a bottom loading dispenser is $18 per month.
It is not required that you lease a dispenser from us.
Do you have to sign a contract?
No contracts. You can cancel at anytime.
When will your water be delivered?
We will run your route every 20 business days. The trucks are clearly marked with Water Way.
When will you be charged for water delivery?
After your initial set up you will receive an emailed invoice at the end of each month where you can pay online with or set up recurring payment.
When happens once I submit my information?
Someone from our customer service department will contact you to answer any questions you have and finish setting up your account.
