What does water delivery cost?

The Water Way brand spring water cost is $10.99 per 5 gallon bottle with a two bottle minimum per order.

We also have 2 premium waters, Kyuka which is $11.99 per 5 gallon bottle and Blue Spring Living Water which is 12.99 per 5 gallon bottle. Also, a minimum monthly order of 2 bottles is required.

There is a $2 per month service charge for residential accounts and $5.99 per month service charge for business accounts.

We charge a 3% credit card processing fee.

Would you like to rent a cooler/dispenser?

Top loading hot/cold dispensers lease for $15/month, a bottom loading dispenser is $20 per month. 

It is not required that you lease a dispenser from us.

Do you have to sign a contract?

No contracts. You can cancel at anytime.

When will your water be delivered?

We will run your route every 20 business days.  The trucks are clearly marked with Water Way. Business accounts are serviced every 10 days unless you request a 20 day. This is best for businesses that do not have less employees therefore have a low water consumption.

When will you be charged for water delivery?

After your initial set up you will receive an emailed invoice at the end of each month where you can pay online with or set up recurring payment.

When happens once I submit my information?

Someone from our customer service department will contact you to answer any questions you have and finish setting up your account.
